Here at Touristik-Gemeinschaft Baden-Elsass-Pfalz e.V. (hereinafter referred to as “we/our”), we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Every time someone visits our website or accesses a file, general data relating to this action is automatically saved in a log file. This data is stored solely for system-related and statistical purposes (on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) as well as for the purposes of reporting offences in exceptional cases (on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) of the GDPR).

 Data is not forwarded to third parties or otherwise analysed, unless required by law (Art 6(1)(e) of the GDPR).

Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data.
